Terms and Conditions
Please read our terms and conditions carefully. By booking with Big Daddy Party Bus, it is assumed that the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
General Terms and Conditions:
- A valid, government-issued form of ID must be provided at the time of booking. All bookings must be made by individuals over the age of 18 years.
- All activities advertised in Big Daddy Party Bus packages are subject to availability.
- In the event that a vendor is fully booked for activities, transport, entertainment, etc., we will substitute with a similar option at no additional cost.
- Venues may refuse entry if passengers cannot present valid identification or appear intoxicated. This decision is at the discretion of the venue, and no refunds will be issued in such instances.
- We reserve the right to alter any part of the itinerary if a venue, activity, transportation, etc., is unavailable. Clients will be notified of any changes. No extra charges will apply for itinerary changes made by Big Daddy Party Bus. Additional charges may apply for customer-requested itinerary changes.
- Responsible eating and drinking on board transport vehicles are subject to the transport provider's policies.
- Guests are expected to behave appropriately at all venues. Big Daddy Party Bus maintains close relationships with its tour partners and other operators; any misconduct that harms our reputation may result in suspension from future bookings.
- Fines incurred for failing to wear seatbelts where applicable must be paid by the guests.
Pick-up & Tour Conduct Conditions:
- Pick-up and drop-off locations must be confirmed at least 4 weeks prior to the booking date.
- Guests must be at the designated pickup point at the agreed time. Late arrivals can cause delays and may result in cancellations by venues for no-shows. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
- Time management is crucial. Additional unplanned stops (e.g., bathroom breaks) may lead to delays or cancellations without refunds.
- No refunds apply for delays caused by guest lateness. Venues reserve the right to refuse entry if the group is late, as they must accommodate other on-time bookings. No-shows will not be refunded.
- It is the responsibility of guests to inform venues, transportation, activities, etc., of late arrivals.
- Smoking, including e-cigarettes/vapes, is not permitted in vehicles or inside venues.
- No BYO food or drink is allowed in venues.
- Customers are responsible for any damage inflicted on any venue, activity, transportation, etc.
- The customer acknowledges that transport companies may require a non-refundable deposit or bond.
- Big Daddy Party Bus, transport companies, venues, and activities will not tolerate obnoxious or intoxicated behavior that disrupts their services.
- No refunds will be given if the tour is stopped due to severe customer misconduct.
- Big Daddy Party Bus requires a $500 non-refundable deposit or bond. The amount may vary depending on the selected package.
- It is the customer's responsibility to research and abide by the terms and conditions of any third-party transport companies, venues, and activities.
Pricing & Payment:
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST).
- A $500 deposit is required to secure a booking date. Due to high demand, a tour is only confirmed once payment is made and proof of payment is provided. The deposit amount may vary depending on the selected package.
- Full payment must be made to secure a Private Tour booking at least 10 days prior to the package date to allow sufficient time for bookings and pre-payments with the wineries.
- If paying via payment link the customer is liable for paying relevant surcharges. Surcharges may update at any time in conjunction with the payment provider surcharges. We will not charge you more than the specified surcharge set by the payment provider.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- All cancellation requests must be sent in writing (email) to process a refund if the full amount has been paid, minus any security deposits to entertainment, transport, vendors, etc.
- Cancellations made within 12 hours of payment are subject to a 10% fee of the total booking fee.
- A 50% refund is issued for bookings canceled after 12 hours of payment but at least 7 days before the booking date, minus any security deposits to entertainment, transport, vendors, etc.
- No refund is issued for bookings canceled within 7 days of the confirmed booking date. Our packages are in high demand, and cancellations result in significant administration and vendor costs, as well as lost opportunities for other clients.
- Refunds are usually instant via OSKO pay but can take 3-5 business days depending on your bank.
- Dates and times cannot be swapped. A $150 rebooking fee will be applied for any package bookings that need to change dates. This covers administration costs and any cancellation fees charged to us by vendors.
- Reduced numbers in group bookings will not be refunded unless advised 2 weeks prior to the tour date. When reducing numbers, the passenger count must remain above the minimum required for the chosen package.
- Guests must be at the pickup point at the agreed time. Late arrivals can cause delays and may result in cancellations by vendors for no-shows. No refunds apply for delays caused by guest lateness. Vendors reserve the right to refuse entry if the group is late. No-shows will not be refunded.
- It is the guests’ responsibility to call vendors and advise of any late arrivals.
Overtime Policy:
- A full-day tour is 6 hours from the pickup time (e.g., pick up at 10 am, drop off at 4 pm), unless otherwise agreed upon by Big Daddy Party Bus and the customer.
- Overtime charges begin after 6 hours from the tour pickup time and are charged at $250 for every hour, plus overtime rates for vendors in the selected package.
- Guests are recommended to use toilets at venues whenever possible to avoid unnecessary stops that may disrupt the tour duration. If additional travel time is anticipated for extra stops, it is the customer's responsibility to communicate this need to Big Daddy Party Bus prior to booking so the itinerary can be structured accordingly.
- Additional unplanned stops (e.g., fast food, smoke breaks, bottle shop stops) are only allowed at the discretion of the driver. If unplanned stops cause the group to arrive late at a venue, no refunds will be issued.
Cleanliness & Damage Policy:
- Vehicles and/or venues left in an unclean state at the end of the tour may attract cleaning fees, ranging from $80 up to $1000, depending on the severity.
- It is at the transport provider's discretion whether passengers are allowed to eat and drink on board the vehicles. If allowed, it is recommended to do so responsibly to avoid spills or mess.
- High penalties apply for smoking in any vehicle. Smoking will result in the loss of any security deposit paid to Big Daddy Party Bus and the transport company due to the need for ozone treatment and full detailing.
- Guests are liable for any damage caused to tour vehicles. An additional $500 charge on top of repair costs applies for administration and transport costs if a tour vehicle requires cosmetic repairs.
